Reports
There are two places to look: the Dashboard for how things are going, and Reports for lists you can hand to someone.
The dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. Choose a site, collection, or date range at the top.

| Response time | Typical and slowest close times, by priority |
Export downloads what you're looking at.
Reports
Reports builds lists of your items or your sites. Only admins can see it, and it comes with the Insights add-on. Ask us if it isn't in your menu.
Start from a ready-made report:
| Report | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Unpaired assets | Find equipment with no tag on it |
| Paused assets | Check what's out of service or in storage |
| Site overview | See everything at each facility, with its tickets |
Change the filters and columns, then Save report to come back to it.
Export as a CSV spreadsheet or a PDF document. The PDF is the one to send a facility or show an inspector. It lists ticket details for up to 200 tickets per site.
Data health points out gaps worth fixing, like items with no site.
Proving a repair happened
For one piece of equipment, open the item and look at Tickets and Activity. Every report, note, and status change is there with a date and a name. That's your service history.
Exporting a list
The Items, Sites, and Tickets pages each have Export in their ⋯ menu, for a quick spreadsheet of whatever you're looking at.
