Order tags
Printed tags are made to stick to equipment and survive being wiped down. They arrive already linked to your account, ready to pair with your items.
Only admins can order tags.
Place an order

Open Settings, then Order tags. You can also get there from the ⋯ menu on the Items page.

Click New order.

Choose how many tags you want and where to ship them.

Click Continue to payment and pay by card.
What it costs

Tracking an order
Your orders are listed on the same page. Each one shows where it's up to.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | The order is started but not paid. Finish checkout to send it. |
| Paid | We have your order. |
| Printing | Your tags are being made. |
| Shipped | They're on the way. |
| Delivered | They've arrived. |
| Cancelled | The order was canceled. |
Use the In progress and Delivered filters to find an order quickly.
When they arrive
Your new tags show up as unused tags in your account. Pair them with your items one at a time, or tick a batch of items and use Pair tags to pair them all at once. See Pair a tag to an item.
Need tags today?
You can print a tag yourself from any item. Open the item, choose Generate Tag, then View QR code and Print. It's fine for a few items. For a fleet, printed tags last longer.
