How ServiceTags works, in five steps

   Tag

   You add your equipment as items and stick a ServiceTags tag on each one.

   Place

   Each item is recorded at a site: the nursing home or facility where it lives.

   Scan

   When something breaks, facility staff scan the tag with their phone camera and report it. No app, no login.

   Fix

   The report becomes a ticket on that item. Your team picks it up, on the web or in the field app.
